Individual team responses are private to me. The owner or leader receives shared themes and recommendations, without individual responses or identifying quotes.

Direct meetings with the team, adjustments to the team-building steps, and additional support can continue through Second Steps, with scope and price agreed separately.

Signature Event Strategy & Creation

$625 · 60-minute initial planning session

I create the foundation of your conference, workshop, panel, or signature event and coordinate the agreed preparations leading up to it. You add your business-specific content and details to make the event your own.

• An event framework with the concept, format, agenda, timeline, and planning checklist.
• Coordination of the agreed preparations before the event.
• A brief follow-up check-in.

Venue, catering, vendors, promotion, supplies, and other event expenses are separate and covered by you. Any expanded scope and additional fees are agreed before that work begins.

Day-of coordination is an optional, separately priced add-on. Local means Charleston or North Charleston only. For events anywhere else, you must also cover transportation costs. The coordination scope, fee, and any travel arrangements are agreed separately before booking.
